  My son and i decided back in 2012 to go to dean office as my son was turning 18 and was getting money from the public trust account as his father had died when i was pregnant with him he was left money i didnt want my son do waste it so we went to dean's office the money has been with him since then in 2015 my son wanted to pull it all out god little did we know 2017 we are still waiting had to get a solicitor and pay them to try and get back so i dont beleave i would ever tell anyone to use him i would advise them to go to someone eles my son works and has to try and pay things when he has money but cant get it also had to take a loan out for a car but if he had that money he wouldnt have to
